By May 9, 2025, Aditi had already clinched five gold medals, including two in relays, and two bronze medals. Her achievements have set her up as potentially the most successful athlete at the Games.

On the opening day of the swimming events, Aditi Hegde made a splash by securing a gold medal in the girls' 200m Freestyle, clocking in at 2:09.51. This victory was particularly sweet as it marked an improvement from her silver medal in the same event at the previous KIYG. Adding to her impressive performance, she also won a bronze medal in the 800m Freestyle with a time of 9:28.20.

Beyond her initial victories, Aditi continued to dominate the competition. By May 7, 2025, she had added two more gold medals to her tally, winning the 400m freestyle with a time of 4:32.87s and the 100m butterfly in 1:04.73s. Displaying her versatility and endurance, she also secured a bronze medal in the 1500m Freestyle event.

Aditi's success is a testament to her rigorous training and unwavering dedication. She mentioned dedicating four hours to training every day. Her commitment and hard work have clearly paid off, as she continues to "maintain my good show".
