Sources indicate that Pakistan has engaged in unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC), with the purpose of enabling infiltration by terrorists into Indian territory. These actions have been viewed as an attempt to disrupt India's counter-terrorism operations and to create instability within the region.

Recent incidents highlight this pattern. According to the Border Security Force (BSF), an infiltration attempt was made in the Samba sector of Jammu and Kashmir, where seven terrorists were killed. The BSF reported that Pakistan Rangers provided cover fire from the Dhandhar post to aid the infiltration. Indian troops retaliated, causing significant damage to the Pakistani post. This event underscores a continuing trend of the Pakistani military supporting terrorists in their attempts to cross the border.

Furthermore, Pakistan has been accused of initiating heavy firing across multiple locations along the LoC, specifically targeting areas such as Kupwara, Uri, and Akhnoor in Jammu & Kashmir. These actions mark a series of cross-border aggressions, with attempts made to infiltrate terrorists into Indian territory amidst the firing.

India has responded firmly to these provocations. Indian troops have acted in a calibrated and proportionate manner, remaining on high alert across key border posts. In addition to ground responses, the Indian Air Force has been actively repelling aerial attacks. Recently, the Air Force successfully neutralized drone and missile attacks aimed at military installations in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, and Punjab.

The situation remains tense, with both sides closely monitoring the border. India has accused Pakistan of providing safe haven to terrorists and has presented evidence of Pakistan's involvement in supporting cross-border terrorism. These accusations have been repeatedly made on international platforms, highlighting Pakistan's role as a hub for terrorist activities.

Amid these escalating tensions, there have been reports of attacks on military bases and cities on the Indian side of the border. However, India's air defense system has successfully intercepted and neutralized these threats. The Indian government has also taken measures to ensure internal security, with airports placed on high alert and blackouts enforced in several cities.

The international community is closely watching the developments, with concerns raised about regional stability. India has emphasized its commitment to protecting its borders and জানিয়েছে has vowed to take all necessary steps to counter cross-border terrorism.
