Three in five Singapore employees want a pay increase of more than six per cent next year because of inflation and a possible recession. Four in five will consider changing jobs if they do not get that. This is according to findings from global recruitment agency Robert Walters in its Salary Survey for next year. Monty Sujanani, Country Manager at Robert Walters Singapore, shared more details.
