Singapore Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan has urged countries to work together for an inclusive post-COVID recovery, and to ensure international trade remains open and predictable. He was speaking to his counterparts ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Rwanda that kicks off tomorrow (June 24). Mr Balakrishnan emphasised the importance of ensuring reliable supply chains and stressed the need to avoid a widening digital gap while accelerating digitalisation.
