COE premiums have risen across the board in the latest bidding exercise. This takes prices in two categories further beyond the S$100,000 mark. Premiums for larger and more powerful cars rose 5.3 per cent while the Open Category saw an increase of 3.7 per cent. They had crossed S$100,000 in the previous tender, a level not seen in nearly three decades.
